Maison Camors

I've since discovered the Maison Georges butcher shop. I live in Chapelle Neuve and used to stop in Plumelin, but since I'm often in Camors, I took the time last time to stop by. It's been great again today. Already a warm welcome, nice to talk, exchange ideas, and see the shops that are still there (thanks to the residents of Camors and the surrounding area, a town that's increasingly vibrant, so good for business!!). It's been a long time since I bought meat in supermarkets, or on rare occasions, because I know where my money is going. A useful, local, and caring purchase, which is especially evident in the kitchen!!! Top-notch cordon bleu... I ordered some again today without thinking. Thank you to the entire butcher's team. And of course, thank you to all the other customers for making it possible for everyone to have a real butcher in Camors. This review is also for you, dear customers, because without you, there would be no shopkeeper, and I wouldn't have had the opportunity to leave this review. This is my second visit today. Thank you. The quality of the products, the quality of the service, everything is excellent at Maison Georges. I particularly appreciate the lamb, which is truly superb.

We ordered a stuffed capon (shaped into a roast) for December 31st, a DELIGHT!!! The cooking instructions were perfect, we enjoyed it. I highly recommend this butcher's shop where the welcome is warm and the meat is of very good quality.
