The staff's welcome and the hotel's location were the highlights of my stay. However, I didn't appreciate the practice of requiring a deposit of around 100 euros. Furthermore, the elevator was very noisy, especially at night, which was bothersome.

Good location and very good front desk staff. The room we were given was very small for 3 people plus the floor was majorly out of level. Plus, the bathroom facilities were small, and there will be leakage from the shower on the floor as 1) the shield was not big enough and 2) there was no sealant between the Lino-shower base gap. The room was also noisy as you can hear the metro all night underneath the hotel. The dining area is small and easily overcrowded. Shame really as the location and front desk staff were great. The building however is old and needs substantial upgrading to be worth the price charged.

If you want 4+ star service and accommodation at a 3 star price and with a beautiful view and nice and helpful staff this is the hotel you are looking for, to visit Paris. A major plus for this hotel is the fact that it is close to the metro and train station, at least for me it was a selection criterion.

Very nice hotel, tiny and cosy, very clean. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Good breakfasts, not a big restaurant, but you get all you need. Very good localization. I totally recommend it.

We spent our first night in Paris here. This hotel was perfect. The room had a queen bed and 3 twins and was very comfortable. It is in a great location, you can walk anywhere and St. Lazare is a couple of minutes away on foot. The staff is superb. The breakfast (not included) was delicious.
