It’s one of those places you wanna find when you’re on vacation. Everything freshly prepared, a lot of wines by the glass from various regions in France and you literally actually feel like you’re having a real french meal - still very very decently priced . This is as french as it gets in Paris.

Inconspicuous, unassuming, welcoming yet very very french. My daughter in student digs nearby wanted to visit it with her dad. In 2 days we returned 3 times. Coffee, oysters, wine. Will be back to sample the whole menu.

Chanced upon this tiny atmospheric restaurant on Rue Mouffetard. Very glad we did. Delicious food, Cheerful service, lovely place obviously well used by locals.

If you even notice this place, you have special skills, most people simply pass by. It is the best cafe in Paris, it's timeless. The food is simple, it's not a big menu. It's all market-fresh and very well made. The wine choice is excellent. This is the place to go if you want to eat like a local. The art and photography on the walls are a real pleasure.
