Absolutely horrible… I was attacked as I entered the tobacco shop by a group of completely drunk men. They insulted me and tried to assault me simply because I entered through the side where they were blocking the door. The man and woman who work there watched everything without intervening once to defend me from their drunken customers who, on top of everything else, were harassing women… It's a disgrace. I hope the same thing happens to your daughter. A grandfather like you, it's shameful to let women be treated like that… This tobacco shop is truly low-class.
Horrible especially the very drunk clientele, sitting on the sidewalks throwing their shoes on the road, scaring passers-by, to flee
The tobacco shop's layout has been revamped, becoming much more user-friendly, brighter and more spacious; the team remains the same and is still as welcoming and helpful as ever.
I really needed to use the restroom, and the young woman at reception informed me that the toilets were only for customers! No mercy...! Anyway, I was forced to ask for a coffee before going to the restroom, BUT in the end, I didn't even use the toilet because it was filthy and there was water on the floor. Oh well.
Absolutely horrible experience here. Rude, and not at all interested in gaining new business. I arrived and was having troubles finding my accommodations... They wouldn't let me connect to the WiFi to send a message to the landlord who was in the apartment right next door. Easily would have come back for a few beers but the way they treat their customers is actually atrocious. Do not recommend....
