It's not possible to pay for FDJ games by credit card, because it's "government-owned." Different prices at the counter and in the room. You don't feel welcomed. Avoid.

As insolent as can be and insulting. Never set foot there. A minimum credit card charge of 18 euros is unheard of. Another tobacconist's 100 meters away is much nicer and costs 15 euros minimum credit card.

One word: Run away. Swindler, aggressive, and racist. Context: 7:30 a.m., the streets and the terrace are empty (photo provided). I just bought a pack of cigarettes from them and was about to smoke one on the terrace when the manager (in his forties, Asian descent) simply chased me away in a hyper-aggressive manner because I wasn't buying anything to eat or drink. I kindly reminded him that the terrace was empty, that I had just bought a pack from them, but he kept telling me that people wouldn't come if I took their place. "This is my job, there are benches made for that, so you leave." Once again, the terrace was empty, with eight chairs available. So I walked across the street to wait for my Uber. Right after me, two customers who had just bought a pack sat down and smoked without using anything, but above all without being kicked out like dirt. They were white, unlike me. When I politely asked him why he didn't treat them the same way, he shouted, "You didn't buy a drink, cigarettes aren't a coffee!!! What don't you understand?" (the woman may have had a drink, but the man hadn't, since he had just entered and left straight away.) "It's my terrace, I pay 4,000 euros in fees for this terrace!!!" .... I didn't understand this argument, not to say "I do what I want." In short, no sense of service or friendliness, a con artist, aggressive, disrespectful, and probably racist. Avoid.
