Royal Cambronne Nothing royal about it. We walk in and wait for 5 minutes while the staff chat amongst themselves and when we eventually get seated at a table that still hadnβt been cleaned since the last people who sat here. We moved everything off the table on to another dirty one next to us, however when our food eventually arrived they gave us back the dirty cutlery we just removed and told us they were fine. We ordered a mojito and a cosmopolitan, which were watered down and you could not taste the alcohol at all!!! Women waiter was especially rude and had a grumpy face all night. When our food eventually came she threw it down on and table and gave us each others meal, while not saying a word. Steak was meant to be medium and it was practically blue. Pasta was reheated (cold in the middle and βwarmβ on the outside). ALSO not forgetting we got sat next to an EXTREMELY drunk couple, kissing and making out to the point they were knocking everything off their table. They were also screaming and swearing. There was also a SCREAMING child for our whole entire visit (surprised it could last the long) Saying all this, complaining got us two free cocktails which were unfortunately just as bad.
This is a real pearl in Paris just a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The breakfasts are fantastic and the service is extremely friendly. Worth taking the trip just to enjoy a breakfast here. Great place and relaxing environment.
I like it What I stayed nearby and went here for an early dinner one day. I got the Duck leg and the sausage and fries. It was my first time having the duck leg, so it was good as I don't know what to expect. The potatoes that came with it was pretty good as well. It was a decent serving for 1 person. The sausage and fries - the sausage was mediocre and I was disappointed in the fries... Environment There is plenty of seating inside and outside. I can see a lot of people outside when the weather is nice. Niceness of the staff I think the staff was okay... I tried asking for recommendations which I guess is not common for Europe.. She told me she would give me some more time to decide.. Dollar The duck leg was around 20 euros and the sausage and fries around 15. The duck leg Id say was worth but the sausage and fries.. not so much.. Yes/No If I am in the area hotel again, id go. It was nice
We loved this place!! The vibes were great and so was our waiter. He was very friendly and attentive. We sat outside on a nice evening and enjoyed our pizzas, beers, & dessert. Was very busy but we were able to get seated right away. My favorite was the margherita pizza & lime cheesecake!
This is a very quintessential French brassiere. We loved sitting outside and eating, while watching the people. The service was fantastic and I was able to communicate my allergies with our server. She helped explain some of the items and we all made great choices! I HIGHLY recommend the Carbonara or pizza-yes, I know you are in Paris, but the food was exceptionally good. The Caesar salad was delicious too. If you want a nice, Parisian experience for dinner, check it out! We donβt even get to dessert we were so full. We will be back when we return to Paris!
