Ferociously unfriendly staff. After being seated and ordering cafes, we asked if we could have something to eat: “NO FOOD!” we were admonished. Two minutes later the same guy walked past our table with a tray full of meals for other customers. I hope that maybe they were having a rough day, but the other reviews here suggest our experience was par for the course at Le Mozart. Save yourself some aggravation, try the Italian place across the street.
The staff is terrible but the food is not bad. Only had drinks but they were worth the money, good taste and reasonable prices
Staff were so unfriendly and didn’t even care to smile or try to speak is a good way, the only thing they kept saying is no, no to speaking English, no to serving food, no to talking to us, the owners even turned their back to us and left, what kind of arrogant a person has to be to act this way. In any case many other much nicer places and good people around this bar much more worthy of visiting where one can get decent respectful service and good food. If you wan to serve only people you like then close your doors to others. 👎
Very rude staff. Refused to serve us only because we are English speakers but it didn’t seem like the only reason but rather seemed racist towards us too. You’d expect a place near Tour Eiffel would be tourist friendly and would treat people with respect but unfortunately this was terrible.
