Weekday mornings are the quietest
I tried cafe cream and hot chocolate while waiting for my friend. The atmosphere is local and chill the staff is really friendly
Grabbed a pastis after a long day in the city. Great prices at happy hour. It's a quiet place to relax with a drink. Definitely stop here after visiting the famous cemetery nearby. Jim Morrison would approve, for sure.
The waitress was helpful and patient. We had problems deciding what to eat there for diner but she helped us kindly and explained the different salads, because we didn't speak french at all and there was no english menu. Both the salad and the hamburger was pretty good and the portions were big. Also great atmosphere with live music.
I really like this neighbourhood. Close to Père Lachaise cemetery but you don't notice that in the prices. Quite cheap actually and they're not stingy on the booze in their cocktails. Friendly staff. Mostly visited by locals. Will visit again next time I'm in Paris.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The prices are completely different!! When we questioned this with another member of staff they confirmed it should have been half the price of what we paid. When I questioned this with the manager he got very aggressive. I wouldn't recommend this cafe to anyone!
