The best bar in Paris. Long live Lili.
I came twice for a coffee and waited 5 minutes each time. The waitress served me on the terrace; it lacked atmosphere. For example, the manager went upstairs for something else. Customers came to the lottery counter, but there was no cashier. Two customers left without buying anything. No one was at the register. A pack of cigarettes fell off the shelf and was trampled on the floor. Was this wasteful? There should be one server for the bar, lottery, and tobacco, and another server for the dining room and terrace. Customers shouldn't have to wait too long at the lottery counter, otherwise they'll go and buy something elsewhere.
Mediocre, no toilets, the manager didn't want to give me access even though we got cigarettes and I politely told him that I needed them and that I would of course take care of the place. Fortunately some "consumers" forced him a little to leave me in the toilets because we are in Paris after all, so as he was a little forced he finally let me go - in short, very unfriendly ❤️🩹
A fantastic manager. A neighborhood legend! Blunt but lovely. Honesty, just the way we like it. See you soon ❤️
Avoid at all costs. The manager is awful; she refused me access to the toilets even though I had just bought something in her bar/tobacconist and I'm pregnant. Absolutely no humanity.
