The manager is condescending and awful. Other employees are more helpful and polite. The manager is overly familiar and contemptuous. It's a shame for him because I was a good and regular customer until recently.

For someone who works in retail and hospitality, the owner of this establishment should have closed up shop a long time ago. No greeting, just loud noises to let you know there's a minimal menu. Despite the shop being practically empty, it's apparently forbidden to lean on a table to rummage for change in your bag. Simply unbearable, unwelcoming, unpleasant, and condescending towards customers. Good luck to the next customers...

Refusing entry to a young woman who was feeling unwell and turning her away without offering any assistance is simply unacceptable! A complaint could be filed for failure to assist a person in danger. Fortunately, a passerby had the presence of mind to come to her aid and go to the nearby pharmacy.

So many memories! Over 30 years ago, I spent many days behind the counter with the old-timers! I'm happy to see that this establishment hasn't changed! I look forward to coming back for a drink!
