We loved it. Proper local Parisian café.

In need of a drink and hoping to catch the second half of the MAR vs CRO, we chanced upon Mr Nasser's fine little establishment. We were warmly welcomed, fed a great selection of cheese and charcuterie, and served one of the more interesting selections of beers I've found in Paris. This great little neighbourhood bar was so nice, we made it our home for the final the following night. Mr Nasser's local clientele were out in force to cheers 'Allez les Bleus!" We were equally warmly welcomed by the crowd and made new friends through the ups and downs of the final. And, if any measure of an establishment is required,.Mr Nasser replaced my pint when it was lost to the floor in an excitable crowd. Besides defeat for France, my only other sadness was that, being so busy, Mr Nasser was not making any food that night, so we didn't get to try his legendary cous cous. Amongst his customers, we are told that it is great (the merguez seems to be favourite). If you're in the area, do stop in and enjoy the hospitality. Establishments like this are what make Paris special.

Adorable barman/manager (barmanager!). Possible to book the bar for a party.

Great friendly neighborhood spot, 17€ for entree, plat et desert, daily specials and great couscous variety. Can't beat it.
