The tobacconist staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is reminiscent of Gare du Nord, but it's not a big deal, it's just a little slow. They even help you out if you don't have the minimum card amount.

The service is certainly adequate, but beware of the price of tobacco. There's a €10 difference between two arrondissements in Paris for the same brand and quantity. I didn't realize that between the 7th arrondissement and the Gare de l'Est area, the latter was the most expensive...

The bar also sells cigarettes. Be careful, some cartons are counterfeit (Marlboro Gold). I was able to smoke 3 packs from the carton and no more because of a severe sore throat. I've been smoking this brand for 20 years.

Excellent location. Warm welcome. My favorite tobacconist, always had great little prizes thanks to the owner's advice.
