Le Bourbon

I had the duck breast with carrot purée, and it was very good. This was my first meal at a restaurant after landing in Paris, and it did not disappoint.

Excellent Steak Frites! The atmosphere is great. Everything is clean and the decorations and paintings really add to that. The waiters are friendly and gave me an english menu immediately after realizing I did not speak french. I definitely recommend the Flank Steak with shallot sauce! The fries were crunchy and the steak was a perfect medium.

The atmosphere is good, the server is nice too! However, there are bones in my salmon pasta and the noodles are kinda hard.

A slight disappointed with the food. They served us within 10 mins if ordering which told us that all were made before which is not comforting. And the taste was average given the reputation of the place. The service was great though as well as the ambience.

Busy with people working in the district, even so they found me a table as I passed for lunch on a one day tourist visit to Paris. Excellent food, good choice, nice service, everything I was looking for. Good price/ quality balance. I recommend and will come back.
