La Place

I arrived and told them in French that I didn’t speak French. The waiter was extremely sweet. The food was great, and the atmosphere was very cozy, with good music at the perfect volume. I recommend it. 😊

We had an eccellent lunch here, consisting of croque monsieur with salad+frites and daily menu: foie gras as appetizer and linguine neapolitana with huge burrata as main. A free coffee was included in the menu as well. Staff very friendly and we got a small chocolate as present too.

The person that served us was really nice, but the place and the food took all the fun out of being in Paris. Event the waiter when he saw the food that he is giving us refused to serve us anymore and sent a co-worker. He was ASHAMED!

My wife and I were looking for a place to have breakfast and found La Place. The staff was willing to try to understand English and helped us select a perfect breakfast.

We had a fabulous meal here (Normandy chicken and the Océane salade). Both were great and our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I think she was surprised that anyone might want a savoury crèpe!
