Hey everyone, honestly, this is my first café in the 13th arrondissement, it's great except for the grumpy young guy at the PMU cashier, even though life is good. Otherwise, I go there often, it's calm and has a good atmosphere... the only downside is the cell service. Apart from that, I really like it, especially inside the Massena shopping center.

didn't give me back all my money after the purchase. called me a liar and insulted me. didn't want to watch the camera recordings. It was only when I called the police that they called the boss and after viewing the cameras the boss reimbursed me. BUT NO APOLOGIES FROM THE BOSS? NOR FROM THE EMPLOYEE. Basically it was my fault. I don't understand anything..... etc. while talking in the shopping center I'm not the first to have problems and certainly not the last

the dessert in this shop is MANGO ! Hui Lai Shan taiwan hand made sweet ice or warm desserts

Didn't give me the money from my winning ticket. Won't look at the cameras to see my good faith. Pretended not to understand and told me it wasn't possible.
