A very good financial institution that listens to its clients.

I can confirm this institution's complete lack of respect for its clients. They couldn't care less, and their inefficiency is astounding. Only a formal notice got them to budge, and even then, it took them two months to deign to reply. Don't invest in their products; you'll have a very hard time getting your money back.

"Financial institution"???? The people in charge at La Française must have gone to comedy school because their company is the opposite of a financial institution: it's a Soviet-style bureaucratic structure. You're not a customer but a dependent, and the employees work less than at the unemployment office or the family allowance office. Inertia, disorganization, and inefficiency at every level.

I live across the street and I see the lights on all night with the TVs constantly playing... even though the building is empty. Environmental responsibility starts with this, before making pronouncements and presenting your eco-friendly CSR.

The performance of its assets leaves much to be desired, and customer service is poor, even unreachable. For a company that holds private funds, it must inform savers in accordance with the law, or face criminal sanctions against its managers. I believe that the authorities responsible for protecting savers should take an interest in this company's communication process.
