I accidentally locked my keys inside my room in the middle of the night and called this locksmith for help. (Karim as i remember) He came quickly and opened the door in seconds. He was very polite, professional, and didn’t overcharge me, which I really appreciated especially at such a late hour. Overall a very smooth and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend him.

My lock was jammed immediately by a charming man. It was a minor issue (due to my own ignorance) – he fixed it right away without charging me a thing. He didn't even ask for payment for his call-out. Thank you to him, and I highly recommend him.

The manager isn't very welcoming, but that's not the main problem. I dropped off my shoes on a Friday, paid in cash, and wasn't given a receipt (which surprised me). The following weekend, another employee refused to give me my shoes back, claiming I didn't have a receipt, despite my name, a very precise description of the pair, and several possible solutions. No effort was made to resolve the issue. After a phone call, I was finally told that my name was indeed on a piece of paper. When I went to pick them up, the receipt was actually inside the shoe, proving I'd never had it. My girlfriend was able to collect my shoes during the week, but the manager then claimed, in bad faith, that I'd lost the receipt. An unnecessarily complicated situation and a huge waste of time, which could have been avoided with a little goodwill and honesty on their part. I'm only giving two stars because the work itself was done well (thankfully).

Run away!!! I had two duplicates made of a simple key and one duplicate of a longer key. Neither worked. However, they bent the key by tapping it to make it fit into a template, and they bent it back!!! As for the long key, the photo speaks for itself: the notch on the duplicate is wider and at an angle compared to the original. The next day, I asked for a refund, which was flatly refused... I wasted €22.50 and precious time having them remade elsewhere, where I received complete satisfaction without having to tap the original key!!!

Excellent
