Run away from this developer! They build attractive residences on paper, then change everything without your consent or even warning you. Their salespeople are dishonest and only respond after you've already paid everything. If you're not happy, you have to cancel and lose your money in the process. In meetings, the developer claims they're giving us a gift at this price and that they're not afraid of legal action; they'll even pay for our lawyer. Legal proceedings have been initiated against the developer of the Menara Garden 2 project. Air conditioning is not installed in the bedrooms, there's only one shower in an entire 153m² apartment, and the balcony has been removed.
