Ube café is good. But the chandelier lighting is super strong. Uncomfortable. Also, the waitress can be nicer.
There are some items that are worth it such as the coffee jelly. However the matcha ube latte had no matcha flavor and the ube flavoring itself had a sandy texture that took away from the overall drink. The silvana is ok, but not amazing and at 5,5€ imo overpriced. Similarly their seasonal or specialty drinks are not standout. For the most part they offer very standard coffee. An ok spot to try out, but don’t go out of your way for it.
Second time coming here for ube milk. Now, I tried the cold one. It was as good as the warm ube milk. Not too sweet, a little salty from coconut milk I think. Nice place and seating but when I came it was full, we managed to find a table but a lot of people coming after us did not get any table.
I came across this café on TikTok and was super curious to try their ube milk since I usually only drink matcha. The place itself is really aesthetic and cozy, definitely a nice spot to hang out. The ube milk was so good, I’d definitely come back just for that! The cookie was alright, not amazing, but overall I enjoyed the experience. Great place if you’re looking for unique drinks and a nice vibe in Paris.
I visited Kappé in Paris to try the trending “ube”, and it was a lovely experience! It’s a small café with really nice decoration and a cozy atmosphere. We tried the ube milk it was refreshing, tasty, and definitely worth it. We also had the ube crinkle cookie: it wasn’t bad, but not something I would personally crave. Finally, we tried the ube soft serve, which was good. Overall, a great spot if you’re curious about ube and want a chill café experience!
