Customer service is very good , ladies were kind , friendly , smiling , professional and helpful despite being rushed off their feet and the place being extremely busy ( clearly there is a need for 2 extra member of staff ) . The drinks are great but the food is really a let down : The foccacia and the apple tart looked good but taste was awful , it felt as if you are eating card board or plastic, definitely not fresh . It is disappointing when you think about the customer service being fantastic and the location amazing ! Looking forward to coming back with hopefully an improvement on the food
If you’re looking for reasonably priced coffee and pastries, this is a great place to go! The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. They also have delicious-looking sandwiches that are worth trying next time.
We had super smooth delicious coffee, I cannot fault it.The staff were freindly and highly skilled. We will be back next time we visit Paris, and will certainly recommend to others.
Great cappuccinos. Hot chocolate was very thick and rich (like drinking melted chocolate, weren’t used to that and a bit too sweet for our taste). Quiche Lorraine was acceptable considering this is a coffee shop but would recommend getting food elsewhere. Tables needed some cleaning but seats were appreciated after lots of walking. There’s a free toilet downstairs but it was out of service the day we went.
Slow - unfriendly - slow - I went to get a coffee. They took my order twice and the barista had to ask me a third time what I wanted (it wasn't even busy)... The prices: ssoooo how about those prices that jump from simple to double whether you're taking away or seated?... Ok. Ok..they have to clean the tables and stuff... Look at the picture. The price difference has no consistency...a tartelette aux fraises rises by 1€50 where the quiche goes up by 2€50... Guys... How does anyone explain this?
