Simple quarters, some with kitchenettes, in a hotel offering complimentary Wi-Fi....
If you're looking for a fancy place you'll pay a bunch more. This place is perfect if all you need is a place to stay and you're more set on the sights rather than the hotel. Small but cozy and literally right in front of a metro entrance. Probably 5 bakeries within a half mile or less several grocery stores and at least 10 restaurants close by. Its perfect if you want to spend more on sights and food rather than the room itself. Staff very friendly and personable. There is a cool winding staircase so if you don't like stairs this isn't for you. I loved how my wife and I could get a few groceries drinks bread cheese pastries and just go back after walking the sights all day and relax and have such a great time.
Great location, staff are beyond exceptional and helpful, let us keep our luggage free of charger after check out. Stairs are steep and windy but that’s the only caution rooms are great and warm Metro line 9 right outside the door Location although a little outside of main parish area is close to nation which is a central metro Supermarket 2 minute walk, many bakery’s and food options
We went to the room with a bathroom with shower, which is on the 6th floor. There are 96 steps, no elevator. It can be challenging for some people. The stairs are also not in the best condition. However, the rooms are quite nice, you can't hear any noise from the street, and there is a subway stop right outside the door. Every day the trash is changed and the rooms are cleaned
Stayed here for 6 nights late june-early july this summer and it was really good value. The location gives you access to the subway and makes getting to the central areas really easy, the room was spacious and had a nice view of the street. The staff were kind and helpful. My only complaints would be that the spiral staircases can be tough to climb with luggage and they sometimes smell really bad. And the street sometimes gets too noisy which can make it difficult to sleep at night. However, if you are a budget traveller I would highly recommend this place.
Had a lovely stay on the third floor with a window to the street and bathroom window to the internal space. I enjoyed the very Parisian view of rooftops, cafes and passersby. There is no elevator/lift, so be prepared to carry your suitcases up the spiral staircase. Staff were very helpful. The room was fairly quiet, with a noticeable difference by closing the window. There was a fan/ cooling unit in the room, but we didn’t need it. There isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom, so remember to open the window. There are various cafes, shops, supermarket etc in walking distance. Would stay here again.
