Just steps from Pont Alexandre III and the Seine. We waited 15 minutes for a terrace table (worth it for the beautiful sunset view) inside seating is available but no AC. The Pho du Chef and Boeuf Bò Bún were incredible: rich flavor, perfectly balanced, and not oily. Service was a bit mixed during the peak rush , not everyone seemed attentive ,but the tall girl with glasses stood out, her warm smile adding kindness and calm to the busy atmosphere. Tight seating, but the food, sunset, and riverside location make it a spot to come back too.

Excellent authentic vietnamese pho. I came here on a busy Saturday and was able to secure a table in about 15min, no reservation on weekends so wait time may vary. I have had pho in many places in Vietnam and USA. This pho easily made my top 3. Highly recommend pho Thu Bay (pho Saturday - only served on Saturday, I happened to try the place on a Saturday). Space is tight as it's a small restaurant, but they were able to fit 8 of us in a row.

This is such a lovely authentic Vietnamese restaurant. We arrived right as they were closing for mid day and they still agreed on serving us which was so generous. The pho is so flavorful and has so much depth, and the vegetarian option which included spring rolls were divine, very tasty. The position sizes are quite big so you are getting bang for your buck! Highly recommend if you want Vietnamese food.

LOVE the food so so much. very yummmmmy, fresh and authentic with good value! ordered like a 3 course meal (appetizer-main-dessert) for 18 euros. Big portion and was very full afterwards. A lil queuing even at 2pm but totally worth it and would loveee to go back for it again.

We came around 9:30 pm. We got seated quickly, service was fast, and food was delicious! We got the chicken and beef pho. Both full of flavor and big portion sizes. Highly recommend coming here if you’re in the area!
