The staff are friendly and understand English. It’s somewhere between a bar and a restaurant – if you want, you can have a meal, or you can simply enjoy a beer in peace. They have around five or six different types of beer available.

Cosy and nice with traditional dishes. The fries are excellent, and the other dishes looked excellent. Very nice place to spend time at. Seems like popular locally.

Recommend by hotel receptionist. We walked along and had the warmest of welcomes on our first evening in Paris. Our hostess was so understanding of our poor French as was our waiter who was funny , friendly and charming. Our food, chicken and duck, then a wonderful cheesecake with red berry coulis for me and French toast brioche with vanilla ice cream was absolutely delicious. Accompanied by equally delicious glasses of wine. A very relaxed, enjoyable evening. Will certainly return if in same area of Paris again.

Absolutely great! We spent an unforgettable evening last week. I called last minute and they found me a table for 12 on a Saturday evening (almost impossible in Paris without a previous reservation). The restaurant manager and the waiters are extremely kind and lovely. The food is delicious (and arrived in no time!) they also have a very nice wine selection. The restaurant has been recently renovated and « j’adore tout le deco » merci beaucoup pour ce tres belle soirée

Just had dinner here on our first night in Paris and we loved it! The restaurant has lovely decor and a great atmosphere. The food was very well priced and delicious! We got the Caesar salad and beef tartar. Both amazing. We had the most delightful waiter too, but unfortunately didn’t get his name. Very friendly service and great for tourists. Would defo recommend.
