I needed to have my wedding ring repaired but living in the United States made it difficult to get the ring to their workshop and back. Christine Dupont did everything possible to ensure my ring was repaired and conviently returned to me. I really appreciated her assistance and professionalism.

I first purchased a Force 10 bracelet 6 years ago in Hong Kong and recently bought another one for my husband. While I love design, it looks like the quality went down significantly. The one I got before is solid and now the back of the bracelet is hollow - it collects a lot of dirt and not quite suitable for everyday wear.

The security staff were very insensitive and rude. I have a serious medical issue and need to wear a hat. The security team insisted that I take my hat off - it was a humiliating experience.

I have visited this store and the one in Cannes. It is a delight. The customer service and the friendly staff makes shopping a delight. They make the purchase experience memorable.
