I ordered a custom-made white rug measuring 3.30m x 3.30m (€3300). Three months later, I received a rug measuring 3.30m x 3.15m x 3.24m. My rug has a sharp corner, which all our guests have noticed. Of course, I tried to get this problem corrected by Ms. Gayral, without success. I recommend you avoid this company and look at the competition, which offers the same type of rug for half the price. I deeply regret having trusted her and her lack of professionalism.
