Coyote

The food took over 40min to arrive on a not so crowded weekday evening. The meal was average at best. The vibe was nice and intimate though, I would come back for drinks, but not dinner.

The last time I had pork ribs this good was….never. Even better than those I enjoyed after a 1,600 km bike ride from Seattle to great falls Montana, where the O’Hare motor lodge cooked up some mean ribs. Terrific atmosphere. Nice wine list with bio wines too. We also loved the cornbread and poireaux (leek) dishes. Reservations are essential.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant and it completely exceeded my expectations. The plat du jour was outstanding! And the cookie? Absolutely unforgettable! Alphonse's warm service, detailed explanations, and impressive knowledge truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant ♡

We had a really nice dinner at Coyote! The pork rib dish and beetroot + khaki salad(?) were super good! Would definitely go back!
