The place looks nice from the outside, but once inside you realize it’s just surface. The barista was outside chatting with friends while another customer and I waited to be served. When she finally took our orders, she prepared my cortado very quickly and went straight back outside again. The coffee was watery and served in a cup still covered with water drops, as if it had just been rinsed and filled immediately. Unfortunately, the coffee and service both lacked care.

I do not need gluten free or choose vegan or organic, but this delightful modern and upbeat cafe has them if so needed or desired. The lemon poppy-seed cake was the tastiest that I have ever experienced. The carrot cake can be warmed (a new and delicious experience!). The coffee comes in 4 intensities, which was very welcome, as was the good sized serving! Customer service was excellent.

When coming to Paris, this used to be my go-to place for the most exclusive experience. Cool people, amazing coffee, top design… Where did it go? Now it seems like a low end café for 7 euros a cup. Service was okay-ish, drink acceptable (not for the price but still) but the place looks devastated. Furniture has seen better days, floor was dirty and some parts dusty, menu was completely destroyed, a graffiti in the door, some cristal parts broken, the chairs with visible cracks and the latte art well… better check pictures attached. There are better options in the neighbourhood, no wonder why those places have always queue and this one not. Hope for my next visit things will change.

My GO TO breakfast place while I was staying in REBUBLIQUE. Amazing coffee menu, knowledgeable staff and the most BEAUTIFUL display of gluten free sandwiches, pastries and cookies!!! The best way to start a mornkng was sitting on a table outside here people watching with pastries and coffee ❤️

Worth a try! coffee is quite good and well balanced. However, the pastries still need improvement. The place is aesthetically pleasing, and you can sit outside to relax while enjoying the atmosphere and your coffee. The area is comfortable, and the barista is very friendly and helpful
