We just had the most amazing evening here! 14 of us booked to celebrate a friend's upcoming wedding & it couldn't have been more perfect. With so many people I booked well in advance & reserved the booking with my credit card, however somehow this had been mislaid. Despite not expecting us they made room for us & gave us a warm welcome. The food was fabulous - all home made, piping hot, generous portions & delicious. Standouts were the burgers and the duck. Carl was a wonderful host - spoke amazing English & dealt with our questions & demands brilliantly. Highly recommend.

Awesome food at reasonable price, and the owner is extremely friendly and gives good recommendations. If the dish of the day is cous cous, just don’t miss it: it is so fresh and delicious, better than those I had in Morocco!

Chez Pierre, a family-run restaurant with over 50 years of tradition, offers a genuinely homemade French dining experience. The friendly owner made us feel welcome and provided detailed explanations of each dish to our group from Singapore. We sampled a range of homemade dishes, starting with a flavorful burrito cheese and tender escargots. The ham and cheese pasta was creamy and comforting, while the steak was well-prepared and satisfying. The Brouilly red wine paired well with our meal. Awesome service and amazing food! I would highly recommend this restaurant. He helped us read the menu since my French is a little rusty… okay a lot rusty. Made sure we had everything we needed. The duck was beyond delicious and cooked perfectly. Definitely my favorite meal of the trip so far. It’s always fantastic when you stumble upon those great little restaurant gems.
