Excellent service.

I've been a faithful customer for many years. On Saturday I had a flat tire, and they said it was impossible during the whole day to fix it. So I went to the Déchaines a few feet away on the Faubourg Saint Antoine. They did it in a few hours. I understand that there are places that get busy but honestly no time in a whole day to help a faithful customer who has spent lots of money here?

The people are incredibly nice! I am a wheelchair user and they helped me blow up my tires when they had gone flat and I had forgotten my pump back home. Thank you so so so much!

To everyone at Jour de Velo a big thanks for being a huge part of the solution to the situation I and my bike found ourselves in - fantastic reception from the staff - Olivier remotely, Alix and the two gentlemen there - and I rode away on a sparkling new Marin VTT - with hopefully many km's of adventures to come!

Thank you, Jour de Vélo! It is the best client service I have ever seen. I loved it. Pity I cannot give it six stars. I highly recommend this place. It is classy. They really care about their clients as well as their assortment. Enough to say that this place is the only retailer of Tigr bike lock in Europe. Great!
