MUST make a reservation! It cost $150 for 4 letters being sent out in 5 years outside of France just FYI. This was such a cool experience! Iβve never heard of a cafe like this before. They have a ton of stationary options (cute postcard for letter, stamps, tape, etc). They even have a wax seal that makes it feel official. It feels such a customized experience from start to finish. Itβs fun to get very reflective and pour your heart into letters for yourself and others. The coffee/drinks were good. Pastries were pretty dry. The cafe is pretty chaotic so we went in the evening when it was significantly less busy and more quiet.
I had a wonderful time here. The idea of writing a letter to the future with a little cake and a tea on the side is so unique. It's better to come early, near lunch time it got pretty crowded. Take your take to write to yourself. They also have a photobooth, where you can take pictures. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Cant wait for my letter in 5 years. Sadly the handdryer in the bathroom was way to loud, you had the feeling an airplane was starting in the building. So the cozy little session was interrupted from time to time.
Excellent experience. Something I did for both my wife and daughter to write something positive to themselves, and hope to achieve them when they receive their letters in 5 years. Comes with a drink. Staff was super patient and friendly to explain what the concept was all about. All in all, interesting and awesome experience.
A really cool experience whilst traveling abroad to write a letter to your future self. Not my thing but it was a highlight of the trip for my wife. You can opt to send in 12 months, 5 years or 20 years. You get to choose style of card, stationary and wax the envelope yourself. Coffee and pastries elite.
This was one of my favorite experience for this trip to Paris! I got to write a letter to my future self and it also came with a coffee! The staff speaks english almost fluently if thatβs something that worries you, and they are very helpful! The coffee was amazing and the atmosphere was so cool! Even doing it solo was a great time! After you finish your letter there is an encouragement wall of sticky notes that you can add to for the next person to see! There is also a photo booth which is so cute; it costs β¬5! Amazing experience! One thing is you do need to make a reservation sometimes they can squeeze you in but while I was there everyone that didnβt have a reservation got asked to come back at a later time or date!
