Café Monsieur

There are not enough words for how fabulous this place is. Best flat white in all of Paris. A must

We had such a lovely breakfast while staying at Madame Drouot hotel. Food was great, coffees were amazing. Staff was very attentive and friendly especially Adrien, he was so lovely! 100% recommend :)

We came for brunch waited an hour for our first course to arrive (eggs Benedict and croque monsieur). The restaurant was only 70% full. We had to remind the waiter and he said the food was coming soon, but had to wait another 20 mins before it came. Nobody apologized. Asked for water- the waiter forgot. Asked again, she brought it but without glasses. Overall- extremely slow and incompetent /uncaring servers. Good was mediocre and not worth the 40€+ buffet brunch. Buffet was just some charcuterie, cheese and cakes. Really limited options and they cleared it without checking with any of the remaining tables whether we’d like to get anything before they clear it away (there were maybe only 3-4 tables at this point). Surprised by the good reviews- wouldn’t waste money here again.

The BEST coffee and exceptional service. If you are anywhere nearby you MUST stop in. They have a nice menu although we didn’t eat.

Lovely breakfast experience 🤩 The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming — special merci to Geremy for his impeccable service! We had the English muffins (delicious and generous!) and a fresh grapefruit juice — perfect start to the day. Would definitely come back! 42€ in total for 2 people
