Café Fusain

A beautifully atmospheric spot, ideal for a quiet drink during the day. The food is simple yet delicious, genuine and unpretentious, just like the place itself.

After a long day shopping in Paris, we were starving and had no dinner reservations. Other more famous places turned us away. Cafe Fusain was a refreshing rest spot. The place was about half full with locals and we had a quiet dinner. The restaurant manager was welcoming, sincere, kind. We had the duck and steak. Both proteins were solid though nothing to shout about. Special special mention to the chips and fries that came as sides. It was freshly fried and super high quality. When we complimented the restaurant manager for it, he proudly told us that the chips are home made. Recommend Cafe Fusain for a no frills chillax session!

Absolutely value for money. Staff was friendly and accommodating to help me practice my broken french Food was delicious. My little girl enjoyed the salmon quite a lot Do not miss the camembert with honey. A must!

The owner only speakers French, which may account for the poor rating; but this restaurant/bar is perfect at what it claims to be! The carpaccio was tender, Frits crisp, the pate was delicious and there were many options. Our waiter was great! Check out all the delicious house made rums in my picture!

As Americans vacationing in Paris we stumbled upon this place when we were tired and very hungry. We kind of blindly decided on entrees (we don't know enough French) and we were very happy. Our waiter was very good and very patient with us. We are considering going back to this restaurant even though we have only 4 days in Paris.
