The best brasserie that we visited during our Paris trip! Not only was the food delicious and incredibly flavourful, but the service was also 5 star! We were served by the beautiful Daisy who couldn’t have been a better waitress! She was always smiling and laughing with us and was extremely kind and gave us the best tips for Paris. She works so hard and deserves a pay rise for all her efforts! We recommend the moelleux au chocolat especially - i wish I could have the recipe as it sent me to heaven 😍😍😍 we will be sure to come back on our next trip !!!!!! What an amazing meal!!!
Best Burger ever! Chocolate Mousse is to die for! Service is spot on and unobtrusive. A hidden gem in the heart of Paris!
We were getting hungry in Paris and decided to have some lunch in a local cafe. Cafe du Cadran? This cafe is a real local cafe it was full people having lunch, loud and busy. I loved it. Staff were friendly even though we didn’t speak French. I had a Campari and ice. We ordered… Saucisse d'Auvergne Purée Maison Auvergne sausage with mashed potatoes. This was my meal, delicious, sausage was flavourful with a delicious reduction, the mash was rich with butter how it should be. My wife had OSALADE ANTIPASTI veggie Mesclun, aubergines grillées, tomates séchées, artichaut, courgettes grillées, Burrata crémeuse. She loved it, all the grilled veggies and the burrata! OMG Great service, great food!
Little hidden gem in trendy part of town. Family run, sensational cheese board only 20€. Enough for 3 to 4 people. Nice reds by the pitcher. Real comfortable place. Merci madam!
Thank you Manu for helping us recreate our visit from five years ago. It was perfect then and it was perfect again. In the heart of the Opera House area, Cafe du Cadran has twice been a great place to unwind and eat a fantastic meal. Introducing the family to escargot was especially fun and your drink recommendations were spot on. We loved the salmon and scallops along with the mushrooms ravioli. Cheers.
