We popped in for some granola and a coffee and it was delicious. Nice, cosy vibe and friendly staff. Our only feedback would be that the granola could've done with some more fresh fruit - 3 blueberries and a couple of bits of banana seems very limited?!
Went there on saturday evening for dinner- Beautiful daily a la carte options even if short already difficult to choose. So we shared dishes to have a taste of various very well balanced and tasty starters , main and desert. Wine is also a topic very well handled with option to have variois glasses along the diner- Cosy place not very big so booking is highly recommended . Nicely designed first room more targeted at coffee brunch time but equally very enjoyable for dinner. Weather allowing there are also tables outdoors for a coffee and a little delight ! Bravo chef !
After being wowed by Quatre Vingt Neuf, I found myself curious about what else Brochant had to offer. Thatβs how I stumbled upon Caducee. Itβs a quiet spot with the feel of a family-run diner, subtly laced with Japanese influences. For starters, I had an Εuf parfait, a slow-cooked egg in a corn foam with hazelnut oil, topped with some crunchy croutons and grilled ham. It was comforting. The main dish was cod wrapped in nori, served with sesame rice, green vegetables, and a broth. It was clean, balanced, and evocative of Japanese home cooking. And restraint is overrated! On top of my menuβs dessert, I ordered not one but two madeleines. No regrets. They were warm, fragrant with lemon zest, and absolutely worth the indulgence!
Best coffee so far in Paris, had Latte with a bit of Vanilla. Their Brioche is as well so fresh and tasty.
I have been a loyal customer of CaducΓ©e since their opening. My last dinner there was, as usual, so fresh and delicious, and the service very professional but friendly. And, as their pastries are so good, I did not leave without buying one of their wonderful brioches.
