They have a promo board that invites to leave a good rate and in return - they will give a discount on the tea. This is alarming itself, because if you come the first time and want a discount, you need to leave a review before even tasting the tea. The tea confirmed it. I took a hot chai tea. It did not have a taste, was too sweet and the pearls were not well done. I would make better at home. They use the same cups for hot and cold drinks and since mine was hot, it was difficult to hold - the cup was hot and soft. I gave another star because the person was very kind. But unfortunately I will not come here again.
