Bob's Bake Shop | Such a lovely surprise in the 19th I was just walking around the neighborhood early in the morning and randomly stumbled on Bob’s Bakeshop, honestly one of the nicest breakfast surprises of my trip. Finding a place in Paris that actually opens early and serves things like avocado toast, healthy bowls, and proper American style pancakes is a challenge, so this felt like a little gift. 🤩 The 19th already has such a relaxed, local vibe, parks, canals, a multi culturale area. People going about their morning and this place fits right into that feeling. We ordered: 🥗🐟 Lentil salad with salmon 🧀🥖 Cheese omelette with a brioche bun 🫐🥞 Blueberry pancake (I added my own banana) 🍫🥛Hot Chocolate milk (Almond Milk) ✨🥛Golden turmeric latte (Almond Milk) Everything tasted fresh and comforting, like someone actually cared about what they were making. And the portions are big, that was a big suprise :-) The staff were genuinely kind, not in a forced way just warm, friendly people who make you feel welcome. The whole place has this slightly retro, 80s canteen vibe that I loved. It’s casual, bright, and easygoing. And if it gets full (which it does), they even have a second spot nearby, so you’re not left wandering around hungry. If you’re in the 19th, definitely stop by. It’s the kind of place you’re happy to discover by accident. And leaves with a big smile!

Excellent spot for authentic bagels in Paris 🥯💛You can enjoy dine-in with all the fixings or take a set of bagels away (as we did) for a great brunch at home! The team was very reactive and accommodating, thanks much!

The best bagel I've ever had! Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside.. The desserts and pancakes are also must tries!

Unbelievably tasty bagels! Very surprised with this breakfast place near our hotel. Very attentive waitress/hostess. Free drip coffee refills until 11. Can't recommend this place enough! And not too crowded either unlike similar places in city center.

We just couldn’t find any better way to complete our trip to Paris than having a lovely breakfast in this local restaurant. First and foremost, every staffer was super-friendly and always smiling to customers (and even to each other). The lady at the cash registry was especially so as she was unbelievably helpful to our food order. Everything was freshly made and baked and their bagels were just awesome. Latte was good. Thank you to all of you in the restaurant.
