Weekday mornings are the quietest
Food is always good, plentiful and balanced. The formule menu is excellent value for money. I share it with all my closest friends and whenever someone wants a good meal in a quiet and beautiful location. Great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of le marais
Stumbled across this lovely little bistro on a lunchtime wander and am so happy I did - even though it was extremely busy a table was found for me and while my French is non-existent the waiter was extremely kind and patient with me. Ordered the burger and fries and they were divine - amazing flavours and clearly made with genuine love and enthusiasm. The cheesecake for dessert melted in the mouth, and with the lunchtime deal the price was extremely reasonable. The bistro was full of locals and the rapport between the workers and the patrons was genuinely delightful - just so friendly and relaxed. And best of all was the bistro cat, who was a real charmer - I feel very privileged to have been given the opportunity to hold her! This was my best culinary experience in Paris, and the atmosphere was truly special - merci beaucoup!
What a delightful surprise! I'm so glad I stumbled upon Le Bistrot Caché. The welcoming smiles and friendly service (a rarity in Paris!) set the tone perfectly 😊 The decor is tastefully done, striking a balance between elegance and simplicity. As for the food, the Pan-Fried Cod was fresh and well-balanced, and I highly recommend the Butcher's Cut - perfectly cooked and delicious! If the weather's nice, don't miss the chance to dine on their superb terrace ☀️ Overall, a lovely spot for lunch. A must-visit during your time in Paris! 🍽️👍
Super cute little restaurant. Located in a quiet courtyard setting, with lovely decor, this restaurant has good food. Our starter barata was really good, and our entrées were delicious (salmon and poke bowl), and we had sweet potato fries as well (which were deliciously fried), the dessert (tiramisù), wasn't that good though. In addition, they only had 1 waiter (who was not very attentive), so service was slow. It was New Years Day though, so that could have effected our visit. I'd try this place again.
Excellent bistro along one of the more nicer strolls along the north bank of the Seine near the Village Saint-Paul. A beautiful courtyard, with some trees and little shops. The food is excellent and very decently priced! Quiet.. not busy at all, a favorite spot for a lot of tour guides that you don't notice being there.
