The coffee and cookie was very good, but be aware that it is not Laptop friendly on the weekend!! I came there to do some work and after I sat down was told I can’t use my laptop. I understand it’s an issue when people sit for ages and don’t order anything much but I was literally there for 10 mins, had ordered two items and there were further places free. If I’m blocking a seat for other costumers for ages I fully understand but that was not the case. If that’s the policy it should be clearly written somewhere so people are aware before buying something and sitting down.

If like me you like a bold and strong matcha, this place is for you! After trying a few matcha places in Paris, I started asking for extra grams of matcha powder. But the barista at Bakea assured me the drink was already very well-balanced and strong, and they did not lie! Their matcha is bold with a bit of bitterness. If you like your matcha sweet, ask for agave syrup like I did because the plain one isn’t sweet at all and can be too bitter.

Delicious oat latte. It’s incredible to see a coffee place that is so dedicated to making a difference in this crazy world!

A great new café that really stands out. The name is catchy, the coffee is excellent, and the matcha is amazing with no extra charge if you prefer oat or almond milk. The chocolate raspberry brownie is a must try ! On top of that, part of the profits are donated to charities, which makes the place even more special. Definitely worth a visit !!

Amazing new coffee shop with such creative drinks and delicious pastries — 100% vegan. I tried the cherry chocolate latte and matcha white chocolate cookie, both of which were absolutely delicious. The design of the shop is so beautiful and I love that all of the furniture is secondhand. Every single detail has been considered to create a cafe that promotes positive social and environmental values. Bravo!
