Disappointing Experience Due to Uninterested Server I recently visited this place and was looking forward to enjoying some delicious boba. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The server who attended to us, a young woman, seemed completely uninterested in her job and in providing good service. From the moment we arrived, she was inattentive and unfriendly. She barely acknowledged our presence, took our order without any engagement. The lack of enthusiasm and poor service really affected our experience. It's a shame because the ambiance of the place is nice, but the service we received was subpar. I hope the management takes note and addresses these issues. Good customer service is essential, and a little effort from the staff can go a long way in making the dining experience pleasant.

I have tried many drinks in this store, but my favorite is still black tea with lychee, super good, highly recommended!
