There is a rude man

The person serving the coffee is talking very loudly in Kabyle to their friends or on their phone, completely ignoring your presence. Every time you ask for a coffee, they say their shift is over and they're closing the till, so you have to pay them right away. And if you arrive three hours later, they're there. No respect for customers at all!
