Spacious coffee shop. Music in the correct volume level to have a conversation or WFH. But.... Service is useless... 4 people preparing a chai frappe without achievement. What a shame!
The coffee is delicious, the prices are a bit high but nothing outrageous. I highly recommend the Oreo frappé. The staff is also very friendly and provides excellent service. My only complaint is that the music is quite loud and makes it difficult to have a conversation, which is odd for a coffee shop. ☕✨
The place is spacious, with several tables and excellent lighting. The service is good and friendly. I love the consistency of Italian Coffee's frappes, so I appreciate them opening branches in Mexico City. The menu isn't very extensive (they could improve by adding more drinks), but they do have pastries and breads. Parking in front is difficult, so it's best to look on nearby streets. The branch does have a restroom.
One of the franchise's newer branches in Mexico City. I particularly like it because it's spacious and bright. The coffee is very similar to other branches; they seem to favor a dark "Italian" roast. I prefer a light roast, so this isn't the best choice for me. The staff is very friendly, and while the service could be faster, it's not bad. Parking is difficult in the area; you have to look around.
The worst coffee I've ever had in Mexico City. A Nutella cappuccino. The coffee tasted awful without the Nutella mixed in; it all settled at the bottom.
