Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
I ordered pick up, when I arrived they told me I had to go to another starbucks to get my order. I check the map and it was correct, I was in the right place. They then told me that the map was incorrect, that it should send me to another starbucks. I insisted that it is not my problem that they do not have their map directing people to another location. They offered to give me 1 of the 2 drinks I ordered, but no more as it would affect their inventory. After more discussion they finally gave me my order, but when I opened it the cup had been filled only half way up. Very disappointing.
Service here is slow, rude and inconsiderate.
Supposed to open at 6am. Staff were there but brush over door so no access.
The cashier was not super friendly- the drinks were on par. They have a sign for where we can use rewards but she said we were not able to do so. I tried ordering a food item that was in the case and they did not have it. Pretty confusing experience overall.
There are many of these around the city, so this review focuses on this specific location and space. The first floor is simple—great for a quick coffee stop—but the second floor offers really nice views of the avenue, with comfortable seating and even a private room for meetings or small gatherings. The restrooms are decent, especially considering how busy and popular this café tends to be.
