Location and taste is amazing
The janitor intentionally closes 2 restrooms and only leaves one open to not clean the others. Lame. This makes customers wait in line for the restroom unnecessarily!
I drink Starbucks in almost every country and city I visit, but this was the first time I had such a watery matcha latte. Even after I mentioned it and they remade it, it was still super weak— and I didn’t even adjust the sweetness! If you’re someone who drinks Starbucks matcha lattes often, you can tell just by the color—something’s not right.
Please don't share your "they didn't know English" comments. YOU are visiting another country so respect their ways of living and that does not have to include your preferred language. That being said, I did have to repeat my order to the cashier and it was not the end of the world. They had both English and Spanish on their menu. I especially loved their menu items that were specific to their country/location. They had sandwiches that actually looked amazing! They had cakes, breads and juice drinks that I had never seen in the U.S. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean and super nice. One of the nicest Starbucks we have ever been to. While we try not to have "American" food or drinks while in other countries, having a little comfort drink did help. Also, my partner used the bathrooms that were downstairs and he said it looked amazingly beautiful down there almost like a fancy hotel.
A surprisingly big Starbucks. Looks quite small from the outside, but has a labyrinth of seating areas scattered over a couple of floors. Surprised to see a security guard on duty allowing people to come and sit in a popular seating area, getting their own water from a bag and do class work while using Starbucks internet. Paying customers had to find other seating due to at least 3 seats being occupied by non paying internet users.
