Nice Day Coffee

Cute queer owned coffee shop. Espresso was amazing. Limon y miel tonic was amazing. Frap was amazing. Pastries were amazing. I would recommend this place and be happy to return.

We came to Next Day Coffee around noon, and from the moment my mother and I arrived, we were greeted very warmly and seated outside. The service was attentive from beginning to end. Every single person working there had a great attitude and gave off genuinely good energy, which I think is a huge part of enjoying a place. This spot absolutely delivered on that. Our drinks and food came out promptly. I ordered the chai tea frappe and really enjoyed it. In hindsight, I wish I had ordered the regular chai tea so I could better assess the house blend, because some of the flavor got lost in the frappe format. Still, it was very good. My mother ordered the cold brew tonic, which she enjoyed, and after tasting it myself, I thought it was delicious as well. I do think the coffee could have been a bit stronger, and next time I would ask for that adjustment, because it would have made it perfect. For food, I ordered the chicken sandwich and the pumpkin flower omelet, me and my mom shared both. The sandwich was excellent. The bread was delicious and high quality, slightly more toasted than my personal preference, but that is purely subjective. The chicken was tender, juicy, and flavorful, with a great sauce. I would absolutely order it again. The pumpkin flower omelet was outstanding. It came with chives, feta cheese, pumpkin flower, a tatemada sauce, shishito peppers and potatoes on the side. I would personally enjoy the sauce a bit spicier and more seasoned, but even as it was, it was absolutely delicious. You could truly taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I am very critical when it comes to ingredient quality, and this place genuinely excels in that area. My mother, who is not usually a fan of eggs, absolutely loved the omelet, which says a lot. Atmosphere, food, service, and quality were all excellent. Five stars.

Stopped by today for some coffee and pastries and we enjoyed our time. Frida welcomed us in and took our orders. I ordered a cookie latte and a croissant and they were both delicious. The cookie latte was smooth and the perfect amount of sweetness. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio as it was the perfect day. The cafe is super cute and welcoming, thank you Frida!

Great brunch spot in a very nice and quiet area. We got yogurt granola bowl, savory croissant and sweet croissant with red fruits. All were amazing! The staff is very nice and friendly! I totally recommend it!

Very close to our Airbnb and clearly the hottest spot on the block — such a great little café! The chilaquiles were fantastic, and I highly recommend going with the roja sauce. The V60 Coffee Veracruz met every expectation — definitely better than a Starbucks drip. We’ll be starting more mornings here for sure!
