La Balance

The service was horrible. Walked in and we were literally ignored while other people came up, ordered and were served. We finally ordered and the meat pie/pastry was served cold until we asked the guy to warm it up. The food was not good at all. Mil Hojas tasted old, not fresh, Amor de Rosa is just hot water with stuff, that doesn’t taste like “Rosa”. Empanada de Jamón is nothing but pastry dough, little filling and little Jamón. Latte was standard. Nothing special. Atmosphere, it’s a lonely spot and I see why no one is here.

Great coffee, and open earlier than others at 07:00. However, they'll put the fresh pastries onto the counter (from the new delivery), but we you actually order and pay for them, they'll insist on selling you the old ones from the day before. Pity.

Amazing pastries. Good prices, and good coffee. What more do you need? Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Excelente cappuccino! The best in the area. And apart from serving great coffee the staff is attentive and honest, even handing me back my new phone after I'd forgotten it on the counter..!
