The coffee wasn't bad, but it wasn't my favorite. The place smelled kind of strange, and the girls at the counter never stopped laughing and served us in a rush so they could get back to their gossip. I'm not saying it's wrong for them to have a good time at work, but they should treat their customers well!

I want to report that the waitress was very rude; she's a dark-haired girl with glasses, and she looks a bit Asian. I ordered a sandwich, but they refused to serve it to me. Then, after another girl had ordered a baguette, they sold it to her and asked why she had reserved it. They told me they didn't have any sandwiches because they hadn't received the ingredients. I ordered food to eat here, and other times they bring it, but this time they didn't, even though I was the only customer. It's a shame because the coffee is good, and it's bad that the place is getting a bad rap because of their terrible customer service.

Very bad experience. The coffee is not good; the whole "high-altitude coffee" thing is a lie! It was served watery, and there were no snacks available other than packaged cookies. Furthermore, they didn't let us finish our coffee and asked us to leave, saying that service was over. Why don't they tell people this before they even sit down to drink their coffee?
