Ocho Café is such a creative and refreshing concept. If you’re looking for a place where kids and families can enjoy quality time away from screens, this is it. We went with a large group of adults and teenagers and ended up playing a board game together for almost two hours—laughing, talking, and genuinely having fun. The atmosphere is very welcoming and family-friendly. You’ll see tables with families and young kids, groups of teens, and adults all playing board games together, which makes the place feel very special and original. The café is nicely decorated both inside and outside, and they also have pleasant outdoor seating. We didn’t eat a full meal, but we did order desserts and drinks. I had an Aperol Spritz, which was fine. My daughter ordered ice cream, which wasn’t great, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The staff was extremely friendly, from the host at the door to the servers. Even though the place was full, we were still able to find a table. I 100% recommend Ocho Café for a fun and different afternoon or evening especially if you want to bring back board games with family or friends and enjoy real connection.
Cool atmosphere here with it being a place to play board games with friends but the food was not up to par. The servers seemed like they didn’t care and took a long time to help.
Although it’s an average spot to get a meal, we had a blast playing the buttload of games they had available! We had a great time!
Finally ended up getting a table here for a late lunch. No wait and great place to hangout. We played a board game (which we borrowed) while eating our lunch. The food was delicious and the service was good. Plenty of spaces to hangout in whether it be upstairs, the back terrace or the inside. Oh and the fries were perfectly fresh and hot
Place was colorful and kids friendly with lots of games to play with. I had soy latte which was too bitter for me and very small portion. My friend had Chilaquiles which was super tasty. And the smoothie was too sweet for my friend lol. Lots of families with small children were enjoying the cafe.
