Simple cafe focusing on coffee. The pour over with the geisha beans was perfectly made and full of flavor. I’d come back just for that. The matcha was overly sweet so unless you’re used to getting that, maybe ask for half sugar. 125$ for both, and they have lots of outdoor and upstairs seating!

If you’re a coffee enthusiast like me looking for the best coffee shop, you might be disappointed. I went here multiple times to give this place a chance since I read about the good reviews, but the coffee is just ok. Severals times the drip coffee was bitter/sour and the times I got a flat white the coffee tasted burnt. So if you’re looking to find the best coffee place, you can skip this one otherwise you’ll be disappointed. Besides that staff was great, place was clean and had a cool lab vibe. But the coffee quality didn’t live up to the hype.

Ordered the garibaldi pan dulce and it was fine but overly sweet. It did balance out with the pour over microlote I had ordered. It was so sweet I didn’t add anything to my coffee other than a splash of milk.

Service at Drip is wonderful, but I’m not sure if I can say the same about their coffee and food. The coffee was decent, but is definitely on the darker side of roast which I don’t prefer. It was by no means bad, though. The cookie, however, I didn’t prefer (again, might just be my preference). It was a “healthy” cookie with some sort of seeds on top and bottom. It tasted bitter and lacked sweetness.

This little coffee shop was amazing, we had chail latte and matcha latte both super super creamy and good. The service was good and quick, the staff was speaking relatively good english, the place has a small bathroom on the ground floor, seats indoor and outdoor. It's in a really nice neighborhood. Highly recommend!
