They were very kind, but I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and had to wait, due to a shift change, until 11:00 a.m. to file a complaint.

I appreciated the attention I received; everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was hesitant to go because of the bad reviews, but my experience was quite good. The only thing is that you need to be prepared to spend a lot of time, but they tell you this even before you go in. I spent about three hours at the center, but they don't keep you seated the whole time. They move you to different areas depending on your needs, and if it's your first time visiting, they give you breakfast. Pretty good!

If you really want legal advice as a woman who has been abused, the prosecutor's office and CAVI are completely useless. No one cares even if you go in a real emergency; those offices are there for hard-working employees to go and warm the seats. There's no law or justice, and if you're a woman, you're worse off. Don't waste your time going to this horrible place. Because not only will you leave with no solutions, but you'll also be abused by the same people. Shameless misogynistic abusers. They're a real disgrace. Oh, and if you're not dark-skinned, you're worse off. The people who work there undoubtedly have very low levels of education.

Sincere thanks to the entire SI team. I've had a few problems recently, but their attitude has been impeccable.
