The good thing is they still use top-of-the-line products. The bad thing is the attitude of the person serving us. We waited until she finished texting on her cell phone, and judging by how long it took, it was a rehearsal. I asked for napkins, and they gave me one that looked used. Zero friendliness, and it seemed like she didn't want us using the tables to eat our drinks there. And the dining area was completely deserted and dirty.
❌ Terrible, terrible, terrible! Don't order bread! Don't eat there!!! Everything is frozen and the coffee is piping hot! The temperatures are disgusting! The bread is frozen and the coffee is served piping hot—they have no idea about temperatures or what's edible!!!! Disgusting 🤢 ❌
Horrible service, awful food, it's depressing from the moment you arrive, first and last time I spend a penny there.
Terrible place, the food is disgusting, the service is awful, it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the cashier who had no idea how to take an order to the appalling food, we left almost all of it. They give you two cold tortillas and if you ask for more they charge you extra. Definitely one of the worst places, not recommended at all. There's a reason the place is empty.
In the immortal words of Neo: Whoa. The cappuccino this man just made for me was SABROSISSIMO! That means really good in Spanish. 90 pesos well spent on two caps in a clean grocery store setting and they take American credit cards. If you’re in the area and looking for a solid cup of Joe, Punta Del Cielo has you covered.
